2. Product Specifications & Pricing

We specialize in premium home textiles, including luxury bed sheet sets, bridal bedding, and custom curtains. All product prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We make every effort to display accurate pricing; however, we reserve the right to correct pricing errors before order fulfillment.

3. Orders, Confirmation & Payment

  • Order Verification: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our customer support team may contact you via phone call or WhatsApp to confirm order details before dispatch.
  • Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan as well as direct online bank transfers.
  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse by contacting our support team immediately.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Estimated delivery takes 3 to 5 business days across Pakistan. Hareem Mano Collection is not liable for carrier delays due to weather, regional strikes, or incorrect customer delivery details. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for complete details.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We provide a 7-day exchange window for eligible unwashed, unused bedding and curtains in their original packaging. Defective or wrong items are replaced free of charge.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including the Hareem Mano Collection logo, imagery, photography, brand identity, text, and graphics—is the proprietary property of Hareem Mano Collection and is protected under copyright and trademark laws.

7. Governing Law
